For more than 30 years as an educator and leader, I’ve been on a mission to create positive impact and foster environments where people, organizations, and communities thrive. At WellVenture, I do this by empowering leaders to be grounded in purpose and develop critical leadership skills to fulfill organizational mission and goals while also prioritizing the meaningful engagement of people.

Through relevant content and experiential learning, I’ve taught tens of thousands of people in a variety of settings, from classrooms and boardrooms to the backcountry, in the U.S. and internationally. Whether I’m coaching individuals from a local nonprofit, or facilitating programs for Fortune 500 leaders, I am passionate about engaging people in the learning and development process.
