Andrea Delorey, Founder and CEO

For more than 30 years as an educator and leader, I’ve supported organizations and people to achieve meaningful goals, operational excellence, and purposeful impact. I like to describe myself as a “fulfillment leader” focused on realizing organizational mission while also prioritizing employee development and engagement. At WellVenture, I focus on empowering leaders to create clarity of purpose, develop foundational skills and structures, and navigate challenges in order to achieve impact and foster environments where people and organizations thrive. I also create and facilitate intentional learning experiences to meet clients’ objectives and fill critical gaps in competencies. Through relevant content and experiential learning, I have taught tens of thousands of people in a variety of settings, from classrooms and boardrooms to the backcountry, in the U.S. and abroad. Whether I’m coaching individuals from a local nonprofit, or facilitating programs for Fortune 500 leaders, I am passionate about engaging people in the learning and development process.
